This plan is designed for businesses that are happy with their site and only need it live and hosted. Any change after launch requires upgrading or paying for extra work.

This plan covers ongoing maintenance and minor updates to keep your site fresh. It does not cover development work.

The 1 hour is tracked. You will be notified before any billable overrun. Larger projects are quoted separately.
What Each Term Means
"Small content update"
A minor change to existing content that does not affect the design or structure of the page. This includes: correcting a typo, updating a sentence or paragraph, changing a phone number or address, updating opening hours, swapping one image for another of the same size.
Does not include
Adding new sections, rewriting entire pages, changing fonts or colours, adding new functionality.
"Text & image changes"
Replacing existing text with new text, or swapping an existing image with a new one you provide. The new content goes in the same place — no layout changes involved.
Does not include
Creating or editing images, writing copy, repositioning elements, adding new blocks of content.
"Priority email support"
Your email is answered within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Standard plan support is answered within 2–3 business days.
Does not include
Phone support, instant response, or 24/7 availability.
"Up to 1 hour of updates/month"
One tracked hour of development work every calendar month. This can be used for tasks like: adding a new section, restructuring a page, adding a simple new page, or any small development task. Time is logged and shared with you on request.
Does not include
Hours do not accumulate or roll over. Work beyond 1hr is quoted and billed separately.
Extra Work
Anything outside your plan is available as extra work. This includes adding new pages, designing new sections, building new functionality, or any task that exceeds your monthly hours. Extra work is always quoted and agreed upon before any work begins — you will never be charged a surprise fee.

Fair Use
Plans are designed for one website per subscription. Each subscription covers a single business domain. Using one subscription to maintain multiple websites is not permitted.
