General Information
Pixflow Studio provides subscription-based website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related consulting services for small businesses. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Pixflow Studio and any client who subscribes to our services.
Services
Depending on your chosen plan, services may include:
- Website design and development
- Hosting and infrastructure management
- Ongoing maintenance and updates
- Content edits and copy updates
- Technical support
- Online presence consulting
Consulting is included within your monthly subscription and is not billed separately.
Subscription & Payments
- Services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
- Clients may receive their subscription or payment link manually by email.
- By subscribing to any plan, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
Cancellation
- Clients may cancel at any time — no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No long-term contract is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- After cancellation, access to hosted services will end at the close of the paid period.
Responsibilities
Pixflow Studio will:
- Deliver services professionally and in good faith.
- Maintain the agreed website and hosting for the duration of the subscription.
- Communicate clearly and respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
The client is responsible for:
- All content, logos, text, images, branding assets, and other materials they provide.
- Ensuring they have the legal right to use any submitted materials.
- Keeping their contact and billing information up to date.
Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by applicable law. If you believe there has been an error with your billing, please contact us and we will review the situation fairly.
Changes to These Terms
Pixflow Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
